Terms & Order Policy

Sandos Pop-Up is a pre-order service run by Willy's Deli in Adelaide, South Australia. When you pre-order you choose a pickup date and a 15-minute pickup time slot. Your order is prepared for that slot only.

The next pop-up is Friday 30 October 2026 at 149 Currie Street, Adelaide, South Australia. The exact pickup address is confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Please arrive within your pickup slot and give your name at the stall. If you miss your pickup, the order remains paid — we are unable to hold it for a later time or exchange it.

All pre-orders are final. We are unable to offer cancellations, changes or change-of-mind refunds once an order has been placed. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are asked to confirm you have read and understood this policy before paying, and the time you confirmed it is recorded against your order.

We may issue a full refund at our discretion — for example if we have to cancel a pop-up, if the order was incorrect or faulty, or if something went wrong in the kitchen. Refunds are returned to the card used for payment through Square.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if a product is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely by Square; card details are entered directly into Square’s payment fields and are never stored by Willy's Deli.

Prices are inclusive of GST.

Our sandwiches are made in a shared kitchen where allergens such as gluten, dairy, egg, sesame and nuts are present, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
